Description
Jetpack already includes its own series of tests that can be accessed under Tools > Site Health.
Since Core will now allow us to add a new "Jetpack" section to the Site Health page, we can group our tests there.

Research direction
Start by reading the linked WordPress Core proposal about extending the Site Health interface in WordPress 5.8, then review Jetpack's existing Site Health tests. The work is done when those tests are grouped under a new Jetpack section on the Site Health page.
