Highlight on plugin list that Jetpack installed the plugin

They may not know what these services are and how they relate to jetpack if they're new to WordPress, and may delete them, since they don't know what they are or how they got installed.

Could we add a note in Plugin list about Jetpack managing the plugin when that's the case?

Start at the WordPress plugin list UI and trace how Jetpack-installed VaultPress or Akismet entries are identified. Confirm the existing title and description behavior for VaultPress installed without Jetpack, then verify that the managed-plugin note appears only when Jetpack manages it.
