WPML compatibility: Add configuration for Tiled Gallery Block (and others)

I was asked by the Jetpack support team to create an issue here.

I'm using the Jetpack Tiled Gallery with WPML for translation. In the Advanced Translation Editor of WPML, not all image meta data shows up. WPML advises this:

Start with WPML’s language configuration documentation and the Jetpack Tiled Gallery Block referenced in the issue. Determine which image metadata is missing from WPML’s Advanced Translation Editor and define the configuration scope for that block and any other affected blocks. Done means the relevant metadata appears for translation in WPML.
