Post by Email: spaces added to title with UTF-8 characters

#### Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Compose an email using one of these text as title:

- このテキストは継続的なメッセージである必要がありますこのテキストは継続的なメッセージである必要があります
- ภาษาไทยเป็นภาษาที่ไม่ได้ใช้การเว้นวรรคเพื่อแบ่งคำ
- การเว้นวรรคในภาษาไทยจะใช้เพื่อการแบ่งประโยคเป็นหลัก
- ข้อความตัวอย่างนี้ควรจะเป็นข้อความที่ต่อเนื่อง

2. Send the email to your unique email address (**********@post.wordpress.com)
3. Go to 'Posts' in your WordPress dashboard and observe the title

#### What I expected
Post's titles should be the same as email's titles.

#### What happened instead
Space character appears in post's titles
