Description
#### Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Go to post/page editor, add WhatsApp Button Block, and update the post/page.
2. Go to _Settings > General > Site Language >_ select _Hebrew_ and save changes.
3. Go to the updated post/page, and you will find text overlapping the icon.
#### What I expected
The icon should be on the right side of the text.
