Description

We currently use a static hosted image on WordPress.com for the Anchor badge introduced in #17936 .

Let's consider sideloading the image into the site's own media library, to better comply with WP.org plugin guidelines.

Research direction

Start by reviewing issue #17936 and the referenced pull-request review to understand how the Anchor badge is currently introduced and where its static WordPress.com image is used. Inspect that integration and determine the media-library path; done means the badge is served from the site's own media library while preserving the existing feature and addressing the WP.org plugin-guideline concern.
