Instagram Widget: Update Copy to Remove Reference to "Publish"

The customizer changed the "Publish" button to "Save Changes" a while ago, however the Instagram Widget still says you need to click "Publish" first before connecting. This copy should be updated to "Save Changes" to prevent confusion when configuring the widget.


Start by searching the Jetpack Instagram Widget implementation for the instruction that says to click "Publish" before connecting. Replace that wording with "Save Changes", then verify the widget configuration flow no longer shows the outdated label.
