Missing "more products" button for Infinite Scroll in WooCommerce shop loop using Twenty Twenty Theme.

#### Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to Jetpack > Settings > Writing
2. Under Infinite scroll, select 'Load more posts in page with a button' and save settings.
3. Set posts per page to 3 or some number that will force pagination
4. WooCommerce customizer settings to 3 per row and null value for number of rows (though I believe setting 1 also triggers the same result)
4. Enable Twenty Twenty theme
5. Go to WooCommerce shop loop archive

#### What I expected
A "more products" button

#### What happened instead
The regular pagination is missing, and there's no "more" button so there's no way for users to navigate to older products

Reproduce the issue from Jetpack > Settings > Writing with Infinite Scroll set to load more posts by button, then open the WooCommerce shop loop archive with Twenty Twenty enabled. Compare the missing pagination and button with the expected ability to navigate to older products; done means a visible “more products” button or equivalent navigation is available.
