Description

#### Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to Settings > Reading, and set "For each post in a feed, include" to show "full text".
2. Publish a new post with at least one category assigned.
3. Check the new post email sent to subscribers.

#### What I expected

I expected the post categories to appear in the footer in the email, as they do when "For each post in a feed, include" is set to "summary", and as happens on simple sites (full text and summary).

#### What happened instead

Categories and tags are not displayed in the email.

Research direction

Start with the Settings > Reading feed-content setting and reproduce the subscriber email using both full-text and summary modes. Compare the resulting email footers, and consider the work done when categories and tags appear consistently in full-text emails as they do in the reported comparison cases.
