Exclude scripts from CloudFlare's Rocket Loader

On our [Known Issues page](http://jetpack.me/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/known-issues/), we discourage use of CloudFlare's Rocket Loader feature because it apparently interferes with some of our JS. We should just exclude our scripts from it instead:

We'll need to obey the first two points in the "Notes" section.

Start with the Known Issues page and Cloudflare's linked Rocket Loader guidance, following the first two points in its Notes section. Locate Jetpack's JavaScript output and determine how it can be excluded from Rocket Loader; done means the affected scripts are excluded and the Known Issues warning can be reconsidered.
