Form Block: Email address in Form Settings is difficult to navigate to

I believe the UI for this block could be improved for users not familiar with the block to be able to quickly find where they can change the **Form Settings**.

After the block is added, it is unclear when you click on any section of this block, how to access the **Form Settings** in order to change **Email address to send to** input. The user must know that they must either press 'up' on their keyboard or visit the Block navigator to find the root form element.


I think that this could be improved by adding a link inside of each Field Setting that if clicked, it would bring the user to the **Form Settings** for this block. The most common request that I see is when users are trying to change the **Email address to send to** once the block has already been added and are unable to.

Locate the Form Block's Field Settings and root Form Settings UI, then trace how users currently reach the Email address to send to input. Add the requested path from each field setting to Form Settings and verify that the email destination is easy to reach after the block is added.
