Contact Form: focus won't stay in Checkbox Group and Select Block menu fields

#### Steps to reproduce the issue

1. On a site with Jetpack active and connected, add or edit a post.
2. Add a Jetpack Form block to the post.
3. In the Jetpack Form, add a Checkbox Group block.
4. Attempt to enter an ID or Class in the Block menu on the right side. Notice that the focus switches to the Checkbox Group option field after entering a character in a Block menu field.

The bug also occurs with the Select block.

#### What I expected
For the focus to stay in the menu field I selected.

#### What happened instead
The focus switched to the Checkbox Group option field.

Reproduce the issue in a connected Jetpack site by editing a post with a Jetpack Form block, then test the Checkbox Group and Select blocks. Inspect the block editor focus handling for their Block menu fields; done means focus remains in the selected ID or Class field after entering characters.
