Search Filters: Taxonomy Term - Exact Match

Somewhat related to https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/9682

When a user searches for an exact phrase that matches a term e.g. 'iOS 14' other terms with higher post counts 'Apps', 'Deals' show vs the newer category with fewer post count.

Can we tweak ElasticSearch query so exact term match results in showing term filter?
