Facebook widget: links does not work in Safari

#### Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Add a Facebook page widget to your site
2. Visit your site's frontend in Safai
3. Try to open a Facebook page by clicking page name.
4. Nothing will happen
5. Go back to widgets settings, and tick `Show Timeline` in Facebook widget settings.
6. Check the widget in frontend. try opening one of the posts in the page timeline.

#### What I expected
Load a Facebook page in new tab

#### What happened instead
Nothing happened

Start at the Facebook widget frontend and reproduce the link behavior in Safari, both with Show Timeline disabled and enabled. Trace the page-name and timeline-post link entry points, then verify that each opens the Facebook page in a new tab without changing the widget settings.
