Block: Contact Info Improvements

Refresh the Contact Info block so that it represents both a way to input information, but also the style of the final output in the editor.

@iamtakashi @pablohoneyhoney I'd love to see some really interesting examples of patterns that use the information gathered in this block. Don't hold back, let's see what we can do with this.
