Shortcode: Recipe: Print from mobile device

#### Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Create a recipe on a post or page using Jetpack's recipe shortcodes
2. View the post or page on a mobile device
3. Try to tap the word "Print" to print the recipe from your mobile device.

#### What I expected
On a computer this action opens up a print dialogue. I would expect this same action to open up the ability to print from a mobile device as well.

#### What happened
When you top print on a mobile device looking at a recipe nothing happens.

Start at Jetpack's recipe shortcodes and the recipe "Print" control, then reproduce the issue on a mobile device using the steps in the report. Confirm that tapping Print opens the device's print flow, while preserving the existing computer print dialogue behavior.
