Description
#### Steps to reproduce the issue
1. On a site with likes enabled which hasn't synced yet
2. Go to a post page
3. Observe that the "Like" button gets stuck in `Loading...` state
#### What I expected
Like button to not display, or show in a disabled state, if post isn't synced and can't be "Like"d
#### What happened instead
Widget stuck in Loading state
