Simple Payments Block Loses Values When Dragging and Dropping Into Columns Block

#### Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Open the editor and add a Columns block.
2. Add a Simple Payments block under the Columns block
3. Enter the details about the product
4. Use the grabber to drag and drop the Simple Payments block into one of the Columns.

#### What I expected

The values in the Simple Payments fields to be retained

#### What happened instead
All of the fields were empty

Reproduce the issue in the editor by placing a Simple Payments block under a Columns block, entering product details, and dragging it into a column. Investigate the Simple Payments block’s behavior during drag and drop; done means all entered field values remain populated after the move.
