Scheduled posts links to new post in Calypso

#### Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to `/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack#/my-plan`
2. Click on 'Schedule posts' in the Marketing Automation box (you may need to enable Publicize)

#### What I expected
To enter the post editor with some kind of tooltip showing me where to look for post scheduling

#### What happened instead
I was taken to the posts _list_ in Calypso. Clicking the "new post" button led me to the standard calypso editor (not Gutenberg), and no inline help to guide me to the scheduling functionality.

The editor in Calypso also popped up WPCOM-specific (not Jetpack) guides to enabling WPCOM plans and features. I will open a separate Calypso bug about that.
