Description

#### Steps to reproduce the issue

1. As a logged-in WordPress.com user, connect a new Jetpack site using the new WP-Admin connect flow
2. When prompted to connect your logged-in account, click "Switch Account"
3. You are presented with a "Login with WordPress.com" button

#### What I expected
Pop up the login box, to save redundant step of clicking "Log In" button

#### What happened instead

Research direction

Start by reproducing the WP-Admin connect flow as a logged-in WordPress.com user, then trace the Switch Account action to the Login with WordPress.com button. The change is complete when clicking Switch Account opens the login box directly without requiring a second Log In click.
