Infinite Scroll overrides the WooCommerce Product Catalog settings for Categories

#### Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Have a site with Jetpack and WooCommerce installed
2. Create WooCommerce Products and set a Category and Subcategory structure
2. On Jetpack settings, set Infinite Scroll behavior to *"Load more posts as the reader scrolls down"*
2. On **Customizer > WooCommerce > Product Catalog**, set **Category Display** to display only Subcategories

#### What I expected
Categories should show only a list of Subcategories

#### What happened instead
Categories showed both a list of Subcategories and a list of Products loaded with Infinite Scroll

**Note**
Setting Infinite Scroll to follow default theme behavior fixes the issue.

Tested on a WordPress.com Business Plan site with Storefront and Twenty Nineteen

No source file or test is named. Reproduce with Jetpack and WooCommerce using Storefront or Twenty Nineteen, enable Infinite Scroll's load-more behavior, and set Product Catalog Category Display to subcategories only. Done means category pages show only subcategories rather than also loading products through Infinite Scroll.
