Cannot drag and drop sharing buttons using iPad - please improve instructions

I am trying to configure sharing buttons using my iPad. I am unable to drag and drop the icons.

#### Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to Settings > Sharing
2. Scroll down to sharing buttons
3. Try pressing for a while on a button you want to share, to see if drag and drop gets initiated like in Gutenberg block moving.
4. Fail to enable any sharing.
5. Discover issues #136 and #7360
6. Try the technique suggested to improve accessibility in #136
7. That is, touch an icon then press Enter - PS. I have a Logitech keyboard for my iPad
8. Discover you’ve very little control over what actually happens. You don’t appear to be able to control which service gets shared.
9. And when you press Enter again it gets unshared.
10. Continue raising the issue, with the focus being on improving the documentation for users who cannot use drag and drop AND who also prefer to use Settings > Sharing than disappearing into the woo woo world of WordPress.com which requires you to be logged into the correct user for the site.
11. Switch to laptop to complete the job.

#### What I expected

Clear instructions for how to select an icon and move it into the sharing area when drag and drop is not available. Or a warning to say that it’s not possible to do it this way.

#### What happened instead
Nothing useful. I had a brief glimmer of hope at step 7 when I appeared to be able to share Reddit. But try as I might I couldn’t share the icons I wanted.
