### Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Install WooCommerce.
2. Create a new Product (or edit an existing one).
3. Scroll down to Product Short Description.
4. Try adding the contact form using the large Add Contact Form button.
5. Note that it seems to not have any JS handler.
