Description
#### Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Create a Simple Payments block.
2. Add an image to the block
3. Publish
4. Remove image from block
5. Publish
#### What I expected
The changes would be saved.
#### What happened instead
Despite stating that the page/post saved successfully, the image is not removed (and any other changes made on the page are lost as well).
