Contact: Info popover link should be updated to form block support document

The info popover for contact section on Jetpack settings currently takes one to https://jetpack.com/support/contact-form/

I think it should take one to https://jetpack.com/support/jetpack-blocks/form-block/#adding-the-form-block instead, to match the `Add a customizable contact form to any post or page using the Jetpack Form Block` wording that was introduced in https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/pull/11422

I can submit a patch if that can be updated.

I am not sure if Jetpack documentation team has plans to reuse this page https://jetpack.com/support/contact-form/ for form block content, or have the current page https://jetpack.com/support/jetpack-blocks/form-block/#adding-the-form-block as is. Maybe @danjjohnson could help confirm?

Search the Jetpack settings contact section for the current contact-form support URL and inspect the info popover entry. Verify the link is changed to the specified Form Block documentation anchor and confirm the popover wording and destination match the issue; no file or test is named in the report.
