Description
This has come up a few times in the past (#376, #7478) and we've recommended [this plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-auto-featured-image/) as a workaround. But that plugin hasn't been updated in several release cycles and likely isn't updated to work with WordPress 5.0, so it would be great if we could incorporate this into the Post by Email module directly.
