Gutenberg block for Jetpack portfolio

Hi Jetpack developers,

Working with Wordpress 5.0 and the Twenty Nineteen theme now, it would be cool if you provided a Gutenberg block to display a selection of portfolio items.

Block options should include:
- wide and full-width for the entire block
- columns for the projects
- selection + display criteria as with the shortcode
- theme support for Twenty Nineteen with smaller heading
so that is possible to display projects in 2-4 columns
