Description

#### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
No. No problems, just a useful feature if Jetpack supported it that could assist site owners in their monetization approaches and communication with their readers.

#### Describe the solution you'd like
I think it would be great to add stats about users who are using ad blockers while visiting the site. So you can see the % percentage of users who are actively trying to circumvent your monetization practices, and allow you to know how effective your approaches really are how determine if you need to reach out to your readers about suggesting they whitelist the site maybe and so forth (of course the latter part is a whole new feature that can be handled by another plugin).

#### Describe alternatives you've considered
I have personally used a number of 3rd party plugins, but most of them are old and clunky, no longer functioning or use questionable approaches to recording the stats.

#### Additional context
Nothing I can think of for this section.
