A user uploaded several videos to their site, not realising that VideoPress was not activated. Once they activated it, they had to delete all those videos and upload them again to get them on WordPress.com servers.
#### Describe the solution you'd like
An option to upload existing videos from the media library to WordPress.com servers without having to delete them and upload them again.
