Create basic primary layout and get ACE code editing working

Nothing in the editor is hooked up. Should mostly look like Sense.

Suggested deviations from Sense:
- put the server with the endpoint so that when you have multiple clusters you don't constantly have to change the server name :)
- Bigger arrows for collapsing the code/results (in VIP Workshop lots of folks didn't notice the arrows)

Start by locating the editor's existing entry points and comparing the intended primary layout with Sense, then identify how ACE code editing is currently expected to connect. Done means a basic Sense-like layout with working ACE editing, the server placed with its endpoint, and more noticeable collapse arrows for code and results.
