Add ability to embed tutorials in Inquire

For example, an ES tutorial could consist of a sequence of comments and ops that prompt the user to walk through trying different queries on an existing public endpoint.

Need a method to go from one exercise to the next so there can be a sequence of exercises that build on each other.
