black screen on windows

**Describe the bug**
I downloaded Harper_2.9.1_x64-setup.exe and launched it on Windows 11. it gives a black screen

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Launch harper desktop.exe

**Expected behavior**
The program runs

Nothing else, just black screen, I have to alt - tab and close the window
