"Loading Harper Settings"

I just downloaded and enabled the "Harper" plug-in from the community plug in page. After doing so, the harper settings page is stuck on "Loading Harper Settings..." I attempted a harper command for the spell check side bar and it's stuck on "loading errors..."

I'm currently running:
- Obsidian 1.13.7
- Obsidian installer 1.6.7.
- Harper 2.8.0.
- Windows 11 25H2

Does anyone have any ideas? Am I missing a pre-req?

Start by reproducing the Harper plugin behavior in Obsidian using the reported Harper 2.8.0, Obsidian 1.13.7, and Windows 11 versions. Compare the settings page and spell-check sidebar, and consider the issue resolved when both finish loading and display their expected content.
