Description

**What got flagged?**
Za

**Why is this incorrect?**
Za (Why the dist-tag can't be latest. The final dist-tag always starts with dev-. Suffix validation rejects anything outside [A-Za-z0-9-]. Even suffix="" produces dev-, not latest) marked as spelling problem.

The final dist-tag cannot be "latest" because it is designed to always start with "dev-", and any suffix validation restricts it to alphanumeric characters and hyphens. Therefore, even an empty suffix results in "dev-" instead of "latest."

**Example of correct usage:**
No spelling problems.
