Description

**Describe the bug**

When Harper is running, you cannot take an _isolated_ screenshot by capturing a window or menu.

**To Reproduce**

1. Run Harper.
2. Follow the instructions from the “[Take a screenshot on Mac](https://support.apple.com/en-us/102646)” Apple support page and _attempt_ capture a window or menu.
3. See that the entire screen is highlighted.

**Expected behavior**

Only the window or menu selected by the cursor should be highlighted.

**Platform**

- [Harper v2.8.0 for macOS](https://github.com/Automattic/harper/releases#release-v2.8.0)
- macOS Tahoe 26.6.1

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue on macOS Tahoe 26.6.1 with Harper v2.8.0, following Apple's window or menu screenshot steps. Trace how Harper interacts with macOS while running and identify why the whole screen is highlighted. Done means isolated window and menu captures highlight only the item selected by the cursor, without breaking normal Harper behavior.
