Description

**Describe the bug**
After the v2.8.0 update Harper doesn't work in Obsidian for me. It loads at first, though resets all data (setting). But then it just stops. The plugin settings are stuck on loading forever. And the spell check doesn't work at all (it is as if the plugin is disabled). Unlike in v2.7.0 disabling and enabling Harper doesn't work.

I had to downgrade to v2.7.0 to use it (luckily I kept an old saved version). Though even that version only works if you disable and enable it on startup.

**Platform**
Obsidian version: 1.13.7
Installer version: 1.13.7
Harper version: v2.8.0
Platform: Windows 11

Research direction

Reproduce the issue on Obsidian 1.13.7 with Harper v2.8.0 on Windows 11, checking startup, settings loading, and spell-check behavior. Compare with v2.7.0, including the reported disable-and-enable workaround. Done means the settings load and spell checking works after startup without toggling the plugin.
