Is The Microsoft Edge Version Of Harper Discontinued?

I noticed that the Microsoft Edge version of Harper that I have installed / that is at the Microsoft Edge Store is months behind:

And I did not see a link mentioning the Microsoft Edge Store version on the Harper website now:

Has it been discontinued, or is Microsoft just taking a long time reviewing the various updates?
