Need to flag confusing "past" and "passed"

I haven't seen anybody used "passed" when they mean "past" but I've seen the opposite a few times:

- ... and all his cronies would throw out any laws **past** to tax the super rich.
- Still go **passed** the Old Gremlin office in Sheffield when i ever need to go in the city centre

Start by reproducing the two example sentences in Harper and locate the grammar-checking rule or test area that handles word-choice errors. Add coverage for the incorrect uses of "past" and "passed" shown in the issue, and consider the work done when those examples are flagged without introducing false positives for the correct uses.
