Trying to make an exception for a stutter.

I want to make a weir pack that will add a rule making it so a hyphen between two of the same letter will be accepted automatically by the spell checker.

Example:
Stuttering version of Hello would be H-Hello.

Can I get help with this here or should I go looking elsewhere?
