Description
I noticed a quirk when I enabled Harper on Safari, checked and saw that I hadn't updated to the new version.
I downloaded and installed 2.4.0 and ran it, seeing that it was enabled and both Safari and TextEdit were still enabled.
But it would no longer flag mistakes in YouTube comments so I opened TextEdit and it's not flagging mistakes there either.
