It might be worth adding a "banned" vs "band" linter

I just found this gem in YouTube comments:

> Apple CEO famously disallowed his kids from having an iPhone.
Bill gates band smartphones from the dinner table.

Definitely not one of the banneds I listen too. I'm not sure how common this mistake already is, it's not easy to Google for.

Pretty common on Reddit:

- I literally just got **band** from IOTA discord for asking of there was any staking going on?
- hay guys can anyone tell me if i get **band** from using AlecaFrame or not ...
- Someone commented on a gaming post, saying that they were "**band**" from a server, and I replied "don't you mean **banned**?" My reply got auto ...
- "This is my mom's, and it's fen fen and it's been **band** by the FDA" ...
- I got **band** from royale because I joined this group and I When I went ...
- ... been **band** by the time of his departure anyway, I'm just surprised I'd never even heard they'd continued without him.

Start by locating Harper's existing linter rules and tests for commonly confused words. Review the examples in this issue to determine when “band” should be flagged as “banned,” then add coverage showing the intended correction without flagging legitimate uses. Done means the rule handles the reported usage and the relevant tests pass.
