Harper Highlight in Google docs incorrect on nonstandard zoom settings

**Describe the bug**
Harper highlights the incorrect places when a zoom setting is not the default 100% in Google Docs. It appears to be shifting/growing now, but not properly to move to the correct location

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to any Google doc with an error flagged, or create one
2. In the Google Docs Toolbar, change the zoom to anything but the default (More evident when increasing size)
3. See error

**Expected behavior**
The expected behaviour in this case would be for the highlight to shift to correctly cover the incorrect word/phrase.
