Harper correction/suggestion panel is being hidden

The Harper correction/suggestion panel is being hidden behind the upper top portion of the composer area in Proton mail.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Login to protonmail.
2. Compose an email.
3. Type a word incorrectly
4. Click the incorrect word

Reproduce the issue in Proton Mail on Linux using the Brave browser: compose an email, misspell a word, and click it.
