Should flag "double than" and "double as"

These constructions are common in Euroenglish. Here's three examples from the same speaker, whose native language I believe to be Dutch:

- But now Iraq has just reopened its pipeline to Turkey, and that will help it divert about 20% of its oil at this very important, roughly **double** the price **as** before.
- Again, because they are currently selling that oil at almost **double** the price **than** they were before the war.
- And again, because the prices are roughly **double than** that they were before the war, it means that they roughly have the same revenue from oil as they had before.

Note that there is a completely different legitimate use of "double as":
- A modern smartphone can **double as** a camera.
