Scroll Bug Renders Extension Completely Useless

Every time I click a highlighted mispelling to open the Harper suggestions popup the page randomly scrolls down, a lot, like 1-2 pages. Every single time. Very frustrting as the extension is perfect otherwise.

Is there any known fix?

Reproduce the issue by clicking a highlighted misspelling and opening the Harper suggestions popup in the browser extension. Trace the popup interaction and page-scroll behavior; the fix is complete when opening suggestions no longer scrolls the page by one or two screens.
