Extension doesn't work with Chrome memory saver set to Maximum

**Describe the bug**
Chrome has a built-in memory saving feature that completely disables the functionality of this extension when set to Maximum.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to Settings
2. Click on Performance
3. Scroll down to Memory Saver
4. Set to Maximum
5. Try to write text on a site with an error

**Expected behavior**
The extension should show the corrections for the written errors

**Platform**
Chrome (macOS)

Reproduce the issue in Chrome on macOS by setting Memory Saver to Maximum, then visiting a site containing a writing error. Compare the extension's behavior with Memory Saver disabled; done means corrections are shown in both configurations.
