[FR][Obsidian] don't sync for dictionary between vaults

I have a feature request.
Please: Prevent local dictionary from sync between the vaults (whenever you do a normal sync, it will inherit the dictionary)

Use case:

The secondary vaults dictionary will always get overwritten, which is not desirable behavior.

Start by locating the Obsidian plugin's vault-sync and local-dictionary handling. Verify how a normal sync transfers dictionaries between vaults; done means the secondary vault no longer inherits or overwrites its local dictionary while other sync behavior remains unchanged.
