**Describe the bug**
Clicking on text highlighted by Harper in Reddit comment text entry boxes does nothing on Brave.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Type a Reddit comment with a grammatical error in it.
2. Click on the text highlighted by Harper.

**Expected behavior**
Haper should show a pop-up that includes suggestions to improve the text.
