Text Suggestion does not worked on Reddit

**Describe the bug**
I compared the text correction between old.reddit and sh.reddit.com. But, it only works on old.reddit

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to reddit.com
2. Click on column button
3. Type anything to trigger the text suggestion
4. the popup ballon does not showsup

**Expected behavior**
it should works on any kinds of reddit interfaces.
