Cannot select suggested corrections in Obsidian

**Describe the bug**
In Obsidian, the dialogue appears when there is a suggested correction, however when I move the mouse toward the dialogue it disappears

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Error shows up for correction.
2. Hover mouse over error, and error correction dialog appears
3. move the mouse toward the dialogue, the dialogue disappears.

**Expected behavior**
I should be able to move the mouse and select a suggestion.

**Platform**
Obsidian 1.10.2, Installer 1.9.14 on Mac OS Sequoia 15.7.1
